Welcome to StuLink, the student-safe social learning platform. These Terms of Service govern your use of the StuLink app, including features like Skill Clips, Discover Skills, and Learning Circles.
Users under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent in accordance with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, COPPA, and GDPR-K.
StuLink utilizes a consent-driven monitoring model through the Family Hub. Parents can only monitor their child's activity if the child explicitly accepts their invitation to connect. This fosters mutual trust while ensuring safety.
We employ advanced fuzzy moderation systems to ensure a safe learning environment. Any content shared via Skill Clips or interactions within a Learning Circle that violates our community guidelines (e.g., bullying, inappropriate material) will be flagged or removed automatically.
While giving Cheers and interacting, users are expected to maintain a positive, educational atmosphere.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms, bypass parental consent requirements, or attempt to evade our moderation systems.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, in compliance with the DPDP Act. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
