At StuLink, your privacy is our priority. We are fully compliant with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, as well as international standards including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR-K for minors.
We collect information to improve your learning experience, such as whom you Learn From and the content you engage with on Discover Skills.
Our Family Hub operates on a strict consent-driven model. Parents can link to their child's account to view activity and moderation alerts. However, this linkage and monitoring require the child to explicitly accept the parent's invite. We do not support hidden surveillance.
We only retain data for as long as necessary to provide our educational services. Once an account is deleted, all associated personal data—including Skill Clips, Learning Circle interactions, and direct messages—are securely purged from our servers within 30 days.
To keep the platform safe, your messages and public posts are processed by our automated fuzzy moderation systems. This system scans for harmful content without storing permanent copies of your private conversations, ensuring both safety and privacy.
Under the DPDP Act and GDPR, you (and your verified parents) have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
